The closing, announced to the workers severalweekss ago, will take place by early July, said Roberyt Baugniet, a spokesman for the company’s General Dynamics Aviatio n Services subsidiary. Baugniet said the closintg was due to a declinein business-jeyt use. He said there are business-jet companies at the Minneapolixs airport that have had to scale back operations and let goof “If they reduce they don’t need servicing. That’s what we do.
