Atlanta-based and Charlotteville, Va.-based reported their planse for the property at 222Mitchelkl Street, but they did not disclose financial terms of the The 350,000-square-foot structure was built in stages from 1929 to 1979 on 2.1 acred and occupies the entire city block bounded by Forsyth, Mitchell and Nelson Streets.
