Those new members are Patriciza S. Bellinger, the former director of ; Michael Contompasis, directod of intergovernmental relations in MayorThomas Menino’s office; Carloz W. Cubia, vice president of sales for ; John P. executive managing director of commercial real estat e firm Holliday Fenoglio FowlerLP HF); and Nancy Stuart, COO of , Inc. The new boardx members come at a time when the YMCA will soon launch anapproximated $31.3 million capital campaign to support the redevelopment of its Hyde Park and West Roxbur y branches, as well as the development of a new facilitty on the Rose Kennedy Greenway.
The Greenwahy facility is slated to be built on Parcel 6 at the intersectiobn of theNorth End, Government Center and downtow n Boston. “I’m looking forward to discussinftheir ideas, best practices, and thoughts on strengthening our leadership role in the Greater Boston community,” said Stacey Lucchino, chairmabn of the YMCA of Greater Boston board of in a statement.
